Are you a skilled barista with a passion for making coffee and creating an inclusive, welcoming space for all? All Things Equal is looking for a dedicated and friendly barista to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

We are looking for an experienced barista to join us at our café, offering delicious coffee and a friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft consistently excellent coffee and beverages to order
- Provide friendly and professional service to all customers
- Assist with other café duties as needed, contributing to a seamless team operation

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a barista (1 year +), with strong coffee-making skills
- A warm and welcoming approach to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive, inclusive atmosphere
- Reliability, punctuality, and an interest in working with a diverse team
