Barista/all Rounder

Experienced Barista/ all rounder required for start end of Nov 2024

Seeking a vibrant personality for a barista role/ all-rounder in a small yet trendy patiserrie in balaclava

Minimum 1 year Barista experience is essential along with great latte art skills

Primary role includes

Making great coffee, customer service, handling Pos, cleaning and stock maintenance.

Ability to communicate clearly with customers while providing exceptional customer service.

**Secondary Role: All-Rounder**

As an all-rounder, you will be contributing to different areas of cafe operations. Being adaptable and ready to help with various tasks as required is crucial. It's important that we all work together as a team to maintain a smooth operation and workflow.

Tasks may involve taking orders, keeping the cafe clean and presentable, and helping with food preparation (Cakes and cupcakes)

Part time position includes one day is the weekend

**Job Type**: Casual but would prefer someone who can stay long term with us.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: around 30 hours per week (9-5 pm)

Work Location: Balaclava ( walking distance to train station )
