**More about the position**:
This Sales Hub Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer service and support to existing customers, as well as driving business success through the onboarding of new customers. This position is perfect for someone who has had previous exposure to inbound sales and service and loves making a positive impact on customers through their service delivery

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and maintain all gobox accounts from enquiry to move out
- Provide all customers, current and potential with the highest quality of service in a professional manner
- Follow up sales calls to all current enquiries with the purpose of closing the sale
- Maintain an efficient and friendly working environment
- Attend to all incoming phone, website enquires
- Adhere to service standards and achieve KPIs
- Manage invoicing and payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain Customer Database, keeping detailed logs of customer activity
- Daily and EOM banking reconciliations

**What background would be a great fit?**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service or sales environment.
- Prior exposure to a high-volume calls-focused position (desirable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Outcome driven, high level of accountability and continuous improvement mindset.
- Customer service advocate with a passion for making a real difference.
- Proactive, natural problem solver, process thinker and high degree of initiative.
- Referenced by previous key stakeholders and direct reports as being solution orientated, able to connect and build strong relationships and provides timely, helpful, and quality advice and support.
