They are now looking for on phone customer service superstars to join the team and come on the adventure.

Based in Burleigh Heads, this casual position would be perfect for a friendly and self-motivated individual who has customer service experience and is passionate about providing a great experience from behind the scenes.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be part of a small and dedicated customer service team responsible for assisting customers over the phone, to ensure they are delighted with every stage of their journey with Wild Earth. On top of that, you will also:

- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries
- Help customers find the right gear for their adventure
- Use your product knowledge to make recommendations
- Respond to customer online reviews and feedback in a professional manner
- Resolve online refund/exchange requests without fuss to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
- Act as the liaison between customers and suppliers on warranty related issues
- Handle delivery enquires from customers including, initiating investigations with postal services
- Manage Afterpay issues such as failed or incorrectly processed orders, liaising with customers to assist with rectifying the issue
- Support the retail team with in-store and phone customer service and sales opportunities as required

**About You**

Wild Earth are looking for the 'right' person, not just a qualified one, so you will need:

- Previous customer service experience, including dealing with customer complaints
- Confidence dealing with customer phone calls and enquiries
- A solid understanding of outdoor and adventure goods
- To be highly organised with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- To be a creative thinker with a positive “can do’ attitude
- To be a fantastic communicator
- High energy and be fun to work with
- A passion for all things outdoors
