Position: Weekend Barista/Café Supervisor

About Us:
At Fergs we don’t just serve coffee - we create experiences. Our cozy café is a local favorite, and we’re looking for a superstar Barista/Café Supervisor to help us keep the good vibes flowing on weekends.

What You’ll Do:

- Be the weekend café hero, making delicious coffee and espresso drinks
- Lead and support our fantastic weekend team
- Keep the café running smoothly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and inviting space
- Make our customers smile and handle any issues like a pro
- Manage inventory and place orders when needed
- Open and/or close the café with style

What You Bring:

- At least 2 years of coffee making experience (you’re a coffee pro)
- Leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and a love for all things coffee
- Availability to work weekends (of course) and even some weekdays.
