**Key Responsibilities**
- Control and manage operational budgets including labour costs
- Lead and mentor the team to becoming a high-performance work force
- Develop the team to understand all requirements of their role to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Company policy and all relevant legislation.
- Enable the management team to deliver daily operational requirements of the branch
- Work with the management team to develop and implement branch level strategies to improve customer outcomes and branch profitability
- Ensure all KPI’s and targets are achieved within the agreed time frames
- Oversee Branch Operations, and co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of the Branch
- Implement staff evaluation, recruitment and training as required
- Maintain HACCP, quality and food safety requirements
- Maintain Occupational Health and Safety and workers compensation requirements in respect to injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation
