**Role & Responsibilities**
- **Fabrication**: Execute cutting, welding, assembly, and occasional on-site installation work.
- **Specialised Bending**: Learn and perform **tube & pipe bending** techniques (training provided).
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all work meets exact project specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the team, sharing ideas and best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify ways to streamline processes and enhance workmanship.
- **Safety Compliance**: Uphold a clean, organised, and compliant workshop.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven Experience** in metal fabrication—able to **interpret technical drawings**.
- Strong **welding skills** and proficiency in using fabrication tools (highly regarded).
- Willingness to **learn advanced tube & pipe bending**—a niche, in-demand skill set.
- A **problem-solving mindset**—we want someone who can adapt and think on their feet.

**How to Apply**
- Must be an **Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident** and willing to undertake a **National Police Check**.

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Cert 4 in Metal Ind ie Fitter and Turner, Welder, Fabricator (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
