Exhaust fabricator

Diesel Exhaust System is a unique and highly reputable exhaust company, specialising in exhaust manufacturing & customisations for trucks. We are looking for an eager, dedicated, and motivated worker to join our team. This role will commence on a casual basis working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day with the aim of full-time permanency.

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following duties:

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

· High level communication with customers/clients.

· Attention to detail.

· Resilient & showing up for work on time

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

· Production of exhaust systems for trucks

· Experience with sheet metal work and specifically cutting, rolling, bending & folding of sheet metal.

· Good knowledge & application of welding - Mainly MIG, but also TIG & OXY

· Spray booth when required for production of metal products.

· Comply with operational & WHS policies.

· Other duties as directed by Senior management

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $32.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
