**The Opportunity**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop / Production Manager to join the team in Western Truck Repairs.

You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and the appropriate method of repair is adhered to, estimates are followed, and that quality is paramount.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with Centre Management team in overseeing workshops and all production lines
- Greet customers and accept vehicles upon arrival
- Ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried out in line with industry standards
- Manage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectations
- Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all team members

**Does this sound like you?**
- Trade qualified in panel beating, spray painting or a related field in the Heavy Industry. (preferred)
- Knowledge of panel shop tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
