Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced production scheduler to lead a team of schedulers and ensure that work centers have a prioritized list of work orders to execute.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aerospace, business, manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering, logistics or scheduling, and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong record of achievement.

Additionally, the candidate should have 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading a medium to large team in a demanding and complex organization.

  • Purchasing/APICS certification.
  • 5 years ERP/MRP Planning/Purchasing/Production Scheduling experience.
  • Prior Supervisor/Management experience.
  • Analytical and written skills
  • Skills to Influence others
  • Ability to design processes and improve them.
  • Cross functional leadership knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this position:

B.S. in Aerospace, Business, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Logistics or Scheduling or similar discipline.

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong record of achievement.

2+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading a medium to large team in a demanding and complex organization.
