**Junior Accounts Assistant - Meldrum’s List**

We are seeking a dedicated Junior Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Meldrum’s List. If you meet the following criteria, we would love to hear from you:

As an Accounts Assistant, you will support our Administrator in managing our accounting system. Your responsibilities will include handling accounts receivable and payable, reconciling trust and bank accounts, preparing audit reports, and following up on outstanding invoices.

This role involves regular interaction with barristers and solicitors, so the ability to build and maintain professional relationships is essential.

**Please note**: This is an administrative role and is not suited for law graduates seeking to pursue a career as a lawyer or barrister.

**Position Details**:

- Location: Melbourne CBD
- Hours: Part-time, 3 days per week (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
