**The Opportunity**

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a **Dump Truck Operator**to join the team

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role requires travel between job sites across these areas.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Plant Operations**:Ability to operate Dump Trucks with precision and efficiency.
- ** Machine Maintenance**:Conduct daily maintenance checks, including oil levels and greasing.
- ** Clean & Tidy Equipment**:Ensure the machine is kept clean and well-organised at all times.
- ** Assist with other site duties as needed to ensure project timelines are met.**

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Demonstrated experience operating a civil Dump Truck
- Understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry
- Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- A valid Construction White Card
- A valid Drivers' License, with the ability to travel across sites
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
