About the role
Our café is based in Collingwood and we’re open Monday-Friday 730am-230pm. Our cafe offers a small, bespoke, seasonal and simple menu that helps to showcase our coffee. This role is a full time salaried position and you will work as part of a small team.
About you
**To nail this role you’ll need to have**:
2-3 years experience supervising or leading a team in a café kitchen environment
A passion for food, flavour and great customer service
A collaborative working style
Great communication skills and emotional intelligence
Experience with stock control, management and costings
An eye for detail and good organisational skills
