Now, we’re on the lookout for a Casual Kitchen Supervisor to join the team at our new Archie Brothers and Hijinx Hotel venue in QV, VIC - people who are passionate about service, driven by fun, and ready to create unforgettable experiences.

What You'll Do

- Preparation and delivery of our standard bar menu items and function finger food;
- Adhering to our high level of food presentation;
- Ordering and stocktake;
- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness;
- Championing kitchen health and safety; and
- Training and supporting the casual kitchen team members.

What You've Got

- Experience working in a busy kitchen
- A desire to take your supervising/management skills to the next level
- Excellent communication skills - this is key for any successful candidate in our national business;
- Good time management and organisational skills, with the proven ability to plan, prepare and think ahead;
- A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures;
- Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team;
- A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude;
