**Your day to day**:

We're a dynamic team that effortlessly juggles multiple tasks and are quick to respond to guest needs, whether it's valet parking, room service, or concierge requests. **YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- **Ensuring our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell**:

- **Supporting any guest needs on arrival and valet parking cars**:

- **Providing hotel guest services, room service delivery and any concierge requests**:

- **Ensuring the lobby, port cochure/driveway and guest areas look their best and are kept clean and tidy**:

- **Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfaction**:

- **Supporting Housekeeping operations by completing tasks in room to help prepare for the next day**:

- **Assisting the Night Manager with auditing tasks to close off the day's operations and to maintain the safety and security of guests and the Hotel at night.**

**What we need from you**

**We're seeking individuals who have a passion for the hotel industry and / or experience in luxury service or similar high-level customer focused industries. Demonstrated capability of forging strong relationships, a service-oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility are key. Familiarity with Opera or other Hotel PMS is a bonus. Knowledge of the local area to provide guest recommendations is highly valued. If you hold an open or manual driver's license and an RSA, you're jumping straight to the top of the list**

**This role is**Part Time** and will require flexibility to work a minimum of**3** shifts (22.8 hrs)**. The days required will rotate based on Hotel operations and team member availability. Shift times are**10:45pm to 6:50am.**_**As part of your initial onboarding you will work daytime shifts before transitioning across to Nights._**
