**Position Overview**:
**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: At least 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance, hydraulic repairs and/or fabrication support, ideally with a heavy machinery or automotive background.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of CAD software for assembly design (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools). Ability to prepare drawings, plans and designs for mechanical engineering work as directed.
- **Machine Operation**: Hands-on experience operating laser cutting, water cutting, and/or guillotine and bending machines. Understanding of metalworking techniques.
- **Mechanical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance including hydraulics.
- **Organisation and Problem-Solving**: Effective time management skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues with both vehicles and machinery.
- **Communication**: Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and move heavy components or tools within safe working limits.
- Ability to work in a variety of environments, including engineering offices, mechanical workshops, production floors, and outdoor vehicle maintenance areas.
