You will support our clients to engage in new experiences, establish community connections, develop independent living skills and reach their personal goals. An easy going and friendly yet professional persona is a must. **What do you need to have?** - An ability and willingness to participate and support people in a range of social and leisure activities; - Cert III in Individual Support (Aged care, home and community care, or disability) - Proof of working rights - Copy of VEVO check and Passport; - Current ‘First Aid’ certificate (with at least 1 year validity remaining); - Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain); - Provide proof of COVID-19 Booster Vaccination; - Current WA Working With Children's Check; and - Current Australian Driver’s License and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle. **About Collar Group** We are already Australia’s leading recruiter for the healthcare, mining and trades, facilities management, transport and logistics, and property and construction sectors.
