Impairment Benefits Specialist

**About the role**

The Impairment Benefits Specialist is to manage the end-to-end impairment determination process for injured workers in accordance with legislative requirements.

**Key Skills Required**:

- ** Customer Service**: Focus on serving injured workers and stakeholders.

**Required Expertise**:

- Completion of **AMA4 training** by Work Safe Victoria.
- Minimum **2 years’ claims management experience** (or equivalent).
- Experience working with the **legal profession**.
- Extensive knowledge of **medical and paramedical terminology and procedures**, including treatments.
- Experience managing **hearing device claims**.
