We are currently seeking a part time Caretaker to be based at our Crown Lodge Stables at Warwick Farm, Sydney. This role will be required to work from 9am to 2pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 12pm on Saturday as well as receive an on-call allowance for any emergencies that may arise outside of these hours.

The successful applicant will be capable and team oriented, working closely with other departments to ensure that Godolphin buildings, grounds and surrounds are maintained and well-presented at all times. This position encompasses extensive use of machinery and equipment associated with the maintenance of property, gardens and equipment maintenance.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Routine care and general maintenance of Godolphin property, grounds and equipment, including staff and horse pools.
- Liaise with the site Office Administrator for inventory control and the ordering of maintenance supplies.
- Monitor property, infrastructure and equipment for correct operation.
- Delivery and distribution of horse feed.
- Perform general duties required as part of operations including: sweeping of barns, rubbish and litter removal and general upkeep.
- Assist with routine stable housekeeping activities such as maintenance and storage of gear and equipment, as required.

**Desirable skills for this position**:

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Current Australian Drivers and Forklift license, with relevant safety accreditations
- High level of communication skills
