**About us**

All Ground Works are a small business providing a diverse range of gardening and property maintenance needs to the Wollongong, Illawarra and South Sydney areas. We are seeking to fill a 2IC position on a part time basis, with the ideal applicant having the ability to work independently across a varied range of jobs with precision and pride. All Ground Works offers a wide variety of services to our clients such as lawn care and mowing, tree lopping, green-waste / rubbish removal, pressure washing, external cleaning/maintenance of decks & fencing, general outdoor property and garden maintenance. All Ground Works is a locally run business with an expanding customer base. The successful applicant will first work supervised with the owner until a routine is established, and will then work independently as required. We offer a flexible four day work week. Hourly rates based on experience + Super.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Have a basic digital understanding, e.g. able to navigate on mobile apps, Microsoft Office etc
- Strong gardening and maintenance skills
- Ability to work well in an independent environment
- Ability to assess and complete tasks as they arise
- A high level of customer service and communication skills
- Broad-minded with a “can do” attitude
- Reliable with a positive work ethic
- NSW drivers license
- NSW white card ( not essential)
- NSW Police Check

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Maintenance of lawns and gardens, ranging from small to large
- Use of a whipper snipper, edger, lawn equipment
- Hedging, pruning and small branch lopping
- Weeding, mulching and garden care
- Preparation and maintenance of all equipment used
- Pressure washing
- Quoting potential jobs
- Adhering to all OH&S requirements including wearing of correct PPE, identifying and controlling hazards
