We are seeking dedicated and experienced Leading Hand/Commercial Landscaper specializing in either structural landscaping or construction to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. This is a permanent position offering a stable work schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Perform various landscaping tasks including planting, pruning, lawn care, and garden maintenance.

Conduct hardscape installations such as patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other construction-related landscaping projects.

Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

*Experience in structural landscaping, i.e., retaining walls, paving surfaces, concrete placement is a big plus.

*Good to have: Machinery tickets such as Bobcat Excavators, however, training can be provided on the job.

Pay: $48,922.55 - $94,115.98 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wollongong, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 26/08/2024
