Digital & Ecommerce Consultant & Researcher - Part

Arktic Fox is a boutique advisory and training organisation, working with some of the biggest brands in Australia and some global clients as well (in retail | consumer goods | NFP and more). We are seeking someone to be our Digital Consultant & Researcher. This is a fabulous role for someone who is seeking a permanent part time role (20 hours per week) - and has a true passion for digital.

We are looking for someone who has a real passion and flair digital. Someone who loves to geek out on data and desktop research and is looking for a varied role which is interesting and challenging in a good way. We partner with clients to create digital & eCommerce strategy, to help them drive transformation and solve key problems through digital. The type of work we do is mostly development of enterprise level strategy and we don't run campaigns for clients.

Reporting to the CEO this role is responsible for;
- Undertaking an array of different research and analysis activities to support strategy creation for our clients - this includes;
- Undertaking analysis of website behaviour, social behaviour and more
- Undertaking desktop research for the purposes of benchmarking & trend assessment
- Developing interview guides and undertaking interviews to help assess clients current state
- Development of and supporting the facilitation of client workshops
- Supporting the development of client strategy packs and recommendations (in power-point)
- Develop and support the development of training programs for our clients across various topics digital | personalisation on the basis of research | best practice
- Development of trends briefing presentations and thought leadership presentations for clients and to support thought leadership of Arktic Fox in market
- This role will also be responsible for managing parts of our marketing - social media posts | adhoc website updates and research for content development | articles

We are looking for someone who;
- A mature mid-level professional with a number of years of experience under their belt in industry (preferably client side)
- Brings digital and eCommerce - ideally some varied experience across channels
- Has strong skills and an interest in analysis and desktop research
- Understands and has an appreciation of client service
- Understands small business - is excited by the opportunity to wear multiple hats and can adapt and flex based on the business needs
- Is efficient and can recommend best practice strategies and approaches
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is willing to flex and adapt ongoing based on changing needs
- Has availability over a minimum of 3.5 days a week
- Has enough flexibility to flex their start time and finish time on occasion to attend client meetings or workshops or meet client needs.
- A genuine interest and passion in digital and eCommerce

What is on offer;
- Salary of $55,000 inc super for 20 hours per week + bonus based on company performance (which is the equivalent of $104,500 a year inc super pro-rata'd) + bonus
- Flexibility to work from home - and co-work on occasion (we are located inner North). This person must be located in Melbourne as we need someone who can attend client workshops on occasion.
