Creative & engaging marketing leader wanted to head up high-performing team - Inner Northern Suburbs Location - Executive remuneration on offer **ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE** Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic, and much-loved fashion retailer with a strong presence in both "bricks & mortar" and online channels here in Australia and New Zealand. After an exciting transition to a more digitally-focused period of growth, they require an experienced Head of Digital & CX to lead all digital, eCommerce and customer engagement activities. Through effective partnerships with Product, Marketing, IT and Retail Operations, this role will deliver an Omni-channel strategy designed to maximise the customer experience. **RESPONSIBLITIES** - Identify, prioritize, operationalise and deliver projects, aligned to the strategy which maximize business value; - Identify new opportunities for growth across digital and ecommerce channels including new markets and strategic partnerships; - Drive operational efficiencies across the team, through the strategic use of technology to eliminate manual processes and inefficiencies; - Lead the digital and customer engagement function to maximise sales growth, customer acquisition and retention; - Have total oversight of the ecommerce operations including digital technology and responsibility for the achievement of sales and CRM growth; - Drive a CRM and personalisation roadmap to grow active and contactable customers, decrease the time between purchases, voucher redemption and upsell; - Provide effective leadership across the Digital & Customer Experience function to ensure strategic alignment, delivery and consistency. **SKILLS & EXPERTISE** - Possess a strong commercial mindset and be able to convert customer data into a superior online brand experience; - Have robust knowledge of digital marketing including SEO and paid channels eDM, UX / UI management, Google Analytics, CRM in addition to a basic understanding of CSS & HTML; - Demonstrated experience within an eCommerce or Digital Marketing Management with experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud desirable; - Exceptional people, project and vendor management skills; - Take a creative approach with the ability to think outside the box and seek out opportunities; - Are adaptable and flexible with high attention to detail; - Work well in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines; - Strong communication skills and are an excellent team player.
