**Position Summary**:
The Manager of Academy Coaching ensures flawless execution of the Academy coaching initiative. They track key metrics, develop coaches, and ensure progress against departmental OKR's. The Manager understands partner educational content needs and communicates those needs to the Academy Content team.

**Essential Responsibilities (includes, but is not limited to)**:

- Executes the premium coaching effort.
- Manages the professional develop of coaches; works closely with Learning and Development to develop a professional development curriculum.
- Manages a team of very experienced operational coaches.
- Ensures execution against department OKRs.
- Identifies content needs and coordinates new content requests with Academy Content team.
- Tracks and manages operational performance metrics.
- Collaborates with senior-level management in the development of team OKR's and long-term operational plans.

**Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies**:

- At least five (5) years coaching and developing MSPs
- At least five (5) years leading MSP service organizations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow
- Ability to prioritise the needs of multiple stakeholders, and able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
- A self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for executional excellence.
- Ability to adjust to an evolving landscape with short notice is mandatory.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams, in a cross-functional organisation.
- Ability to adapt approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations., with disparate teams.
- Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action.
- Ability to gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.
