**About you**:
To be successful in this position you’ll be highly motivated, goal orientated and will thrive in building relationships with others. You will of course have good communication skills and be passionate about Safety - Always You must be able to deliver high level support and training to project teams and management in regards to Safety and Environment legislation and systems compliance.

Based in either our Brisbane or Sunshine Coast offices, you’ll be prepared to travel to construction sites across Queensland. Advantageous to this role is good computer skills, a Cert IV or Diploma in WHS and 7+ years’ experience working in commercial construction.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist project teams and management to properly implement Safety and Environment procedures and documentation.
- Provide training, coaching and guidance around best practice, legislation, procedures and systems compliance.
- Assist with project planning to identify and mitigate any Safety or Environment risks.
- Ensure the Safety and Environment Management Plans are being implemented and complied with.
- Participate in audits, both internally and externally to ensure consistent compliance and understanding of our management system.
- Conduct detailed incident / accident investigations and reports.
- Actively participate in the national Safety and Environment committee, and continually review and seek to improve the Safety and Environment system.
