**About the team**:

- The Operations team works across the entirety of the global company to ensure the proper business-rhythm is set for our growing business. Focusing on talent, people, information technology, security, program management, and general operations to name a few, this operationally-driven team transcends administrivia and bureaucracy to “get stuff done.” We lean on automation, data, and innovation to meet our charge to scale ahead of our growth.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Reporting to the head of Global Operations, the People Operations Manager role has a wide-range of responsibilities, acting as the primary global resource within the company on all things people. You will help mature and set the future direction for all People related practices, processes, and tools with the goal to create best-in-class employee experiences. You are operationally focused, have a keen eye for details, and are motivated by data.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Own the creation, implementation, and continual enhancement of people programs and strategies to continually evolve the employee experience (i.e. onboarding process, staff retention steps, employee recognition program, and employee engagement solutions)
- As a trusted partner, provide advice and coaching to managers to address complex employee situations, including mitigating risk and managing situations that result in the best possible outcomes for the company, teams, and people
- Generate actionable and predictive insights from multiple data sets, including engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys (onboarding to exit), and individual/team effectiveness feedback to improve the employee experience, and retention
- Ensure People-related legal compliance and immigration (work rights) across our global team
- Advise on market insights and trends associated with global compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness

**Ideally you'll have**:

- 5-10 years of experience in a People Operations role
- You have proven influential skills and can advise management on best employment practices
- The ability to flex between tactical execution and strategic planning
- You have a sound knowledge of Australian employment law and regulations. Experience working with USA and Germany-based employees is a plus as we are a global company
- You're adaptable and are comfortable working in a business that is rapidly evolving and implementing best practice along the way
