**Company**

Our client is a boutique Brisbane based agency. They work as a one stop service for medium to large sized organisations and offer a broad range of marketing and digital services. They are seeking a motivated and passionate Marketing Lead to hit the ground running and assist with external marketing activities and account management.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate and implement marketing programs and strategies.

The Marketing Lead will also be responsible for:

- Developing high-quality, relevant content strategies that support lead generation and engagement initiatives;
- Assist with ensuring all internal teams and stakeholders are on brand according to brand guidelines and style guides
- Acting as a strategic, trusted advisor to build and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Manage and execute social media posting plans for external clients
- Create copy and design content for media releases, EDMs, social media and blog posts
- Assist with event campaigns from concept to coordinator and follow up

In order to be successful in this role you will have high attention to detail and the ability to manage and create relationships with external stakeholders.

Further to this you will possess:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or similar.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills;
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced organisation;
