Marketing Lead

**About the Role**
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping our customer lifecycle marketing strategy? BOQ Group is looking for a Direct Marketing Lead to join us on a 12-month Max Term Contract.

As the **Direct Marketing Lead** at BOQ Group, you'll be at the helm of designing, planning, and executing our marketing initiatives across both digital and offline channels. Your mission will be to drive customer engagement and retention through targeted and personalised campaigns. You'll be responsible for customer communications from onboarding and account activation to ongoing engagement and the adoption of next best products for BOQ, VMA, and ME.

In this role, you'll interpret and utilise customer insights and data to build and deliver lifecycle programs that truly engage and retain our customers. You'll collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to operationalise automated and trigger-based data flows for campaigns. Leading a small team of Marketing Managers and Producers, you'll oversee the end-to-end campaign management, ensuring that every initiative aligns with our business goals and delivers measurable results.
**About you**
We're looking for a passionate marketer with a strong background in digital and CRM marketing. You should have experience in planning, developing, and executing marketing programs. Your ability to translate business strategy into a customer lifecycle marketing strategy will be key to your success.

You should be an analytical thinker who uses data to make informed decisions and measure campaign results. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, as you'll be building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience managing and developing a team is also essential, as you'll be leading a group of talented individuals to deliver outstanding marketing campaigns.
