This is a **12-month contract opportunity starting Monday, 27**th** October**, offering you the chance to step into a meaningful role where you’ll support customers through some of their most challenging moments.

As a Claims Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for landlords navigating property damage, tenant issues, or financial loss. You’ll support them through every stage of their claim - ensuring the process is smooth, fair, and handled with care.

- **Manage claims end-to-end** - Own a portfolio, providing clear, timely updates and outcomes.
- **Deliver exceptional service** - Be the calm, trusted advisor during stressful times.
- **Collaborate across teams** - Work with assessors, trades, internal departments, and external partners for the best outcomes.
- **Drive improvements** - Share ideas and feedback to enhance processes.
