**Skilled Labourer - Trades Assistant**

**Who you are**:

- A minimum of 3 years general renovation experience preferred.
- Experience with residential building renovation works / maintenance.
- Professional conduct and appearance, positive and friendly attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Current drivers’ license.

**What you’ll do**:

- Maintenance, renovations, repairs to residential homes.
- Working throughout the Melbourne region, you will use your broad skills to carry-out a variety of labouring work.
- Supporting the trades working and maintaining a well-organised, clean, clear, and safe work environment.
- Materials delivery co-ordination, loading, unloading.
- General building and home maintenance (windows, doors, walls, skirting, architrave, ceilings, cornice, deck/pergola repairs, fascia/eaves repairs, and more).
- Bathroom upgrades (demo work, wall relining, flushing, tiling, cabinetry, basic plumbing installation).
- Plasterboard (framing, sheeting, flushing).
- Timber and vinyl flooring.
- Plastering, painting, rendering.
- Repairing fences.
