**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute football events, including Professinal Football Scouting Events, Organising and Contacting Football Scouts to attend Pro Elite United ID Event.
- Collaborate with Scouts, coaches, and sponsors to ensure all logístical needs are met.
- Manage event budgets and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment rental, catering, and other necessary services.
- Promote events through social media and community outreach to maximize participation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during events.
- Gather feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in event management or a related field is preferred.
- Good Relationships and Links with Professional Club Scouts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Knowledge of football scouting and coaching rules, regulations, and community engagement practices is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- Proficiency in using event management software or tools is advantageous.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Football Coaching: 2 years (required)
- Football Scouting: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- FA Coaching Level 2 Certificate (preferred)
