**Your new role**
Key responsibilities of this role include developing regular targeted communication to position the project positively with stakeholders, preparing key messages, speeches, media material, internal communications material, fact sheets, and social media stories to support the project in the community. You will also be responsible for responding to media queries and other queries with the potential to impact the company's reputation in the community, working with traditional and new media and communication channels to position the company to broad audiences.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining project key messages, ensuring material on hand is up-to-date, appropriate, and consistent with the company's key messages, values, and vision. You will manage project-specific internal and external content channels, working closely with the Corporate Media and Communications team, prepare documents and presentations relevant to the project for internal briefings, and for senior executives to utilise when briefing project stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Worked in a large corporate environment, with complex stakeholders.
- Worked in roles supporting senior executives and/or board members.
- Strong written, communication and influencing skills.
- Expertise in use of Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks.
- Some experience with video production and/or graphic design tools desirable.
- Degree in Journalism, Communications or Public Relations.
