**Contract length: 3 Months**

**Hourly rate: $54 / hour + super**

**Location: Canberra**

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with the Senior Manager and Project Manager prepare project plans and deliver on a range of facilities-related projects as directed.
- As directed prepare a range of short-term requests for quotes to deliver ad hoc projects or procure goods and services as required.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders and negotiate suitable timeframes to minimise the impact on classes.
- As a contractor with the ACT Government you will be expected to uphold the ACT Public Service Values and Signature Behaviours and act in a professional manner at all times.
- Due to the nature of this position coordinating building repairs and upgrades, Work Health and Safety will be critical in coordinating such works. You will also need to maintain appropriate WHS practices when visiting campus sites to ensure relevant Personal Protective Equipment is used, specifically in high-risk workspaces.
