Join our team as the **Lead Designer**, driving projects across global Façade and Sustainability disciplines. Your role will blend architecture, engineering, and graphic design, focusing on nurturing and safeguarding Inhabit's graphic and branding assets.

**About the Role**

As the **Lead Designer** within Inhabit, you'll play a pivotal role in driving creative design solutions across the Façade and Sustainability Service line. From leading brand compliance efforts to collaborating with global teams on tailored assets, you'll bring conceptual thinking to deliver top-notch print and digital services. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining brand integrity, guiding stakeholders, and anticipating future trends. Proactive communication and fostering a positive culture are key aspects of this role, along with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications** Skills and Experience**
- Tertiary education in a design-related or marketing field, or equivalent experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc)
- Proven experience leading creative design solutions (architectural or engineering firms considered advantageous, but not essential)
- Strong understanding of brand management and adherence to brand guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining visual assets for marketing and communications materials
- Knowledge of print and digital design best practices
- Familiarity with sustainability principles in design is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Adaptability, fluidity, and willingness to take initiative in a dynamic work environment.
