This company is a national business with its head office in the inner suburbs of Brisbane. The company works with other vendors to provide an integration and consulting service across product selection, system design and project fulfilment.

**POSITION**

An Internal Sales / Customer Service position has now become available due to the companies ever-continued success and subsequent increased client & customer demand.
- Improving service delivery to clients through the efficient use of company systems
- Supporting the Sales Team with processing orders and sales administration
- Ensure service continuity when resolving issues by maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers and internal resources
- Respond to customers and suppliers in a professional and timely manner
- Provide trouble shooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Manager or BDM for further development and closure

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Customer Service / Internal Sales Experience with within any of the **IT & ICT**, **MSP**, **Data Centre** or **Technology** **Industries**:

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders within an organisation
