Overview

As a Mobile Home Finance Specialist you’ll play a key role in helping individuals and families secure the right home loan solutions, offering expert guidance and building lasting relationships along the way.

In this role you’ll work closely with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions that meet their needs. Engaging with the community is a big part of what we do, so you’ll actively promote MyState’s products and services through off site meetings, events and networking opportunities. Most importantly you’ll be focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring a seamless and stress free home lending journey.

Responsibilities

- Work with new and existing customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored lending solutions.
- Engage with the community and actively promote MyState’s products and services through off-site meetings, events and networking opportunities.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience and a seamless, stress-free home lending journey.
- Build trust and communicate effectively; take a proactive approach to growing and maintaining relationships.

Qualifications

- At least five years of experience in the home lending or finance sector.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry.
- Tertiary or industry qualifications are preferred, but not required; what matters is drive, initiative and the ability to deliver results in a flexible, mobile environment.
