We currently have an exciting opportunity as we are seeking an **experienced and skilled Retail Manager** for a full-time permanent position. This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail operations and the liquor industry, with a keen focus on customer service and business management.

This is a **Full-Time role**, based at **Mr Liquor, Rockdale**. Due to the nature of the business, a rotation of morning, evening, weekend, and public holiday work may be required to meet operational needs.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Managing overall store operations**, including inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
- **Supervising and training staff** to enhance customer service and improve efficiency.
- **Ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws,** responsible service of alcohol (RSA), and workplace safety regulations.
- **Planning and implementing sales strategies** to drive revenue and meet store targets.
- **Maintaining financial records, monitoring budgets, and controlling store expenses.**:

- **Providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints.**:

- **Developing promotional campaigns and managing in-store marketing activities.**:

- **Ensuring store security, preventing theft, and minimizing stock losses.**

**What Skills and Experience we are looking for**

To hit the ground running you will need to demonstrate:

- Minimum **1 years of experience** **or more** in retail management, preferably in liquor sales.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Australian liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
