**What your day might look like**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in managing daily operations
- Achieve sales growth and meet Furnishing department KPI targets
- Build your department team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Lead by example
- High volume stock management
- Visual Merchandising
- Launching catalogue campaigns (effective ticketing and set ups)
- Assist in recruitment and training and development functions
- High volume stocktake
- Stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit
