**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching in politics and international relations, particularly at the undergraduate level.
- Design and develop innovative learning activities and assessments.
- Conduct high-quality research and contribute to the School’s research output and impact.
- Supervise research students and contribute to academic mentoring.
- Participate in School and Faculty committees and contribute to academic administration.
- Maintain professional development in pedagogy and disciplinary knowledge.
**About You**:
- A PhD in politics, political philosophy, international relations, security studies, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development, particularly in foundational and first-year courses.
- A strong research track record with evidence of high-quality publications and research impact.
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in teaching and research.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
