Tasks & responsibilities

Management of daily operations, performance of serviced apartments and flexibility to work hours
Reception duties and customer enquiries Supervising guest arrivals and departures, ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures
Stock control and ordering, Linen, Room Consumables, maintenance material etc
Ensure rooms and grounds are always presentable and light maintenance, including gardening and pool maintenance
Supervision and staff rostering
Develop & manage relationships with Asset Owners

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:
