Essence Programmatic Manager

Essence Sydney is looking for our newest Performance Media star in the form of a Programmatic Manager
The programmatic manager role will have 3 or more years of experience in a programmatic media buying role. They will be responsible for the development and implementation of programmatic campaigns. An expert within the team, providing vital support needed to help the team do the best possible job and enable the delivery of world class work and successful outcomes for clients. The PM supports the wider Digital and Client Service team, as well as clients when necessary to ensure digital campaigns are implemented on time and effectively.
The Programmatic Manager will show a willingness to learn and develop - and strive to deliver work that makes a difference and is recognized internally and externally. With the support of the wider team, they will develop a keen ability for managing, monitoring and optimising programmatic campaigns across all channels in DV360.
Programmatic Managers are self-starters and will be able to learn and progress quickly with a good attitude. You should show a passion for and be engaged with the ever-evolving digital landscape and strive to deliver world-class work.

Technical
- Advanced experience implementing in DV360
- AdServing technology experience in CM360
- Intermediate - advanced Excel knowledge
- Intermediate - advanced math skills
- Advanced knowledge of digital media/marketing
- Verification technology experience
- Data analysis principles
- Experience in end to end campaign management and delivery in a cross-functional team environment
- High attention to detail, able to deliver campaigns in a timely manner
