- **Work life balance - working hours 6.30am to 3pm Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 12.30pm Fridays**

**Your duties will include**:

- Fabricate a range of specialised aluminum windows & doors both residential and commercial as required - Cutting, Machining, Glazing, Revealing- Specialised aluminum jobs include but not limited to; Bifolds, Louvres, Commercial framing, bay windows and corner doors & windows- Quality Assurance - Ensure paperwork is completed and final quality inspection is checked and signed off for delivery- Working closely with Factory supervisors and Managers
- Follow all OH&S guidelines and ensure ALL factory activities are conducted within those standards at all times

**To be successful**:

- Ability to give and take directions- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment- Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
- Commercial and residential fabrication experience is preferable
