We are seeking an experience Operations Manager to join a leading corporate within the dental industry. They have both fixed and mobile clinics which provide much needed dental care to all sectors of the community.

We are seeking an experience Operations Manager to join a leading corporate within the dental industry. They have both fixed and mobile clinics which provide much needed dental care to all sectors of the community.

The role is a maternity leave role however there is a strong possibility of ongoing permanent work once this contract finishes.

What’s involved in the role?

You will be responsible for supporting the vast network of dental professionals in day to day operations including but not limited to, rostering, equipment, management and marketing. You will working alongside other departments within business development, management and clinical to ensure growth targets are met.

In return you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package with flexible working arrangements in addition to a positive and supporting management team.

To be successful you must:

- Have prior experience in a similar role in either medical or dental
- Have a car and current license
- Thrive working in an autonomous environment
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
