Our Social & Community Impact team is looking for a Partnerships Assistant to work on a casual basis (approx. 15hours per week) based at our West Perth office. The position is a short-term contract with the potential for extension.

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager you will provide administrative support to the Partnerships team, with particular focus on supporting the execution of ticketing and catering requirements as part of our partnership with RAC Arena, over the busy summer months.
- You will assist with selection and contacting of RAC members who have entered and won competitions to attend events at RAC Arena, ensuring exceptional service is delivered at all times. You will coordinate and order catering for the RAC Arena Member suite, coordinate RAC staff hosts, all while developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

What experience are we looking for?- Previous experience within administration or project coordination-
- Strong MS Office skills with a willingness to learn new systems-
- Highly organised with the ability to undertake multiple tasks and projects at the same time-
- Strong communication skills-
- A member focused attitude ensuring you deliver member centric solutions-
- Flexibility with hours including occasional weekend work- Given the nature of this role, the preference is to have you based in the West Perth office during your working hours, however flexibility (including working from home options) can be discussed and may be considered.
