What this opportunity involves
This is a new position managing the day-to-day activities relating to the coordination of vendors and being the key point of contact for stakeholders and executives. You’ll work with all downstream and upstream contractors to ensure compliance and confirm they are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget, whilst adhering to processes and site inductions.

Overall vendor management for the account
Calls and meetings with key stakeholders to ensure compliance
Recommending continuous quality improvement practices. Implementing procedures and performances measures and ensuring they are maintained
Review existing operations regularly to reduce costs and improve operational standards
Leading a team, effectively training colleagues and promoting open, constructive and collaborative relationships at all levels
You’ll be a motivated self-starter with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and services to your client.
You’re currently an Assistant Facilities Manager (or Facilities Manager) with knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements as well as vendor/ contractor management. We’re open to other property related exposure as well.
Superior communication skills are essential with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
You must be an Australian Citizen in order to comply with our clients requirement and be able to obtain any relevant baseline clearances/ security checks.
