We are seeking experienced Vendor Engagement & Governance Leads to support large-scale federal program.

These roles are central to managing service providers end-to-end: from onboarding and integration through to ongoing governance, performance, and continual

improvement across a multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding and integration of new suppliers, ensuring frameworks, SLAs, and performance metrics are established from day one.
  • Manage supplier management processes, including defining performance metrics and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate contract and SLA alignment across providers to ensure consistency in expectations and delivery.
  • Oversee supplier performance, build and maintain strong vendor relationships, and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supplier collaboration and performance through robust governance frameworks.
  • Provide clear, structured reporting on supplier outcomes and service levels to stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Extensive experience in ITIL, SIAM, and IT Service Management (ITSM) operations.
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and ensure SLA/OLA compliance across complex, multi-provider environments.
  • Strong capability in establishing governance frameworks and driving continual service improvement.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and hold suppliers accountable.
  • Leadership in process optimisation and team development, ensuring consistent service delivery across multi-vendor ecosystems.
