**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality personal care to patients in various healthcare settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or similar)
- Demonstrated competence in clinical skills and nursing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: Up to $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
