Job Description:

About the Opportunity

We're looking for Personal Care Workers to join our team as we open our state-of-the-art Care Centre. There will be multiple opportunities available – from entry-level to experienced roles, across full-time, part-time, and casual positions, with a variety of roster options to suit your lifestyle.

Roles will commence from early March 2026, with further opportunities throughout the year as our Care Centre grows.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, supporting their daily living and wellbeing
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create a vibrant, safe, and welcoming community
  • Support health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives in line with Summerset's values
Qualifications:

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability, or Home and Community) or willingness to achieve this with our support
  • A genuine passion for working with older people
  • Empathy, kindness, and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Great communication skills and emotional resilience
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, pass a medical questionnaire and national police check. We are unable to provide sponsorship for theses roles
