We are seeking experienced and empathetic Support Workers to join our team in Noble Park. The role involves supporting a person with behaviours of concern and verbal aggression, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting their independence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct support and assistance to the individual, following their personalised care plan.
- Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate behaviours of concern and verbal aggression.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
- Engage in activities that promote the individual's social, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with behaviours of concern and verbal aggression.
- Strong skills in de-escalation techniques and crisis management.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, Community Services, or a related field.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- A current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
