**The Opportunity**

We are working with a leading Melbourne not for profit that is undertaking a major digital transformation program and assisting the team on their agile uplift journey. We are looking for an analyst who can lead a Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation.

Working on site in Melbourne's inner Eastern suburbs, you will be responsible for researching human centered management systems available in the market, run the selection process, organise vendor demonstrations and create an evaluation criteria to assess the vendors in order for the business to select the right system.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Human Capital Management systems knowledge and ideally worked on a HCM system implementation
- Strong vendor management experience
- Experience delivering projects in Agile
- Knowledge around architectural/HCM technical system requirements would be highly regarded

This is an initial 6 month contract and will see you working onsite 3 days per week.
